OFFER AGREEMENT
for providing access to information materials
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official offer (proposal) of Diana Chertanova, addressed to individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), to conclude an agreement on the terms and conditions set out below.
1.2. The User's payment for the selected set of information materials on the website https://chertanova.online/ is considered full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of payment.
1.3. The offer is valid indefinitely and can be changed or revoked by the Contractor at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available at: https://chertanova.online/.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the User with access to a set of information materials posted on the GetCourse platform in the amount corresponding to the option selected by the User, and the User undertakes to make payment under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. Access is provided through the User's authorization on the platform using individual account data sent by e-mail specified during payment.
3. Terms of access and payment procedure
3.1. The cost of the set of materials is indicated on the website https://chertanova.online/ at the time of placing the order and includes all applicable taxes and fees.
3.2. Payment is made through the methods specified on the website. The moment of payment is considered to be the receipt of funds in the Contractor's bank account.
3.3. Access is provided within 24 hours from the moment of payment confirmation.
3.4. The access period, the list of materials and other parameters are determined by the description on the website and/or in the User's personal account on the GetCourse platform.
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1. The Contractor has the right to:
Make changes to the composition and structure of the materials without prior notice;
Suspend access if violations are detected on the part of the User (including the transfer of account data to third parties).
4.2. The User has the right to:
Use the provided materials exclusively for personal purposes;
Receive technical support on access issues by sending a request by e-mail to chertanova.online@gmail.com.
4.3. The User undertakes to:
Not transfer access to third parties;
Not use the materials for commercial or public purposes without the written permission of the Contractor.
5. Liability of the parties
5.1. The parties are liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The Contractor shall not be liable for the inability to access materials for reasons beyond its control (including technical failures on the part of the User's hosting or Internet provider).
6. Personal data
6.1. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data provided when placing an order for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement, including interaction by email and in messengers.
6.2. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website.
7. Other terms
7.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
7.2. All disputes arising between the Parties shall be resolved through a claim procedure, and if no agreement is reached, in court at the location of the Contractor.
7.3. This agreement has legal force in electronic form and does not require signature.
